About
The Auction Party, sponsored by Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, kicks off the 45th Annual Lakewood Home Festival. The Festival, hosted by the Lakewood Early Childhood Parent Teacher Association (LECPTA) has raised funds since 1976 for three East Dallas public schools: Lakewood Elementary School, J.L. Long Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson High School. Proceeds directly benefit the students through the purchase of essential school materials, computers and enrichment programs.
What
Get ready to get your groove on! We are bringing Woodstock to Lakewood at the ultimate Auction Party, sponsored by Dave Perry-Miller, on Friday, November 12th at Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, an outdoor venue located in the Harwood District. This 1.5-acre garden oasis will set the perfect hippie vibe for an evening featuring live music by Professor D, one of Dallas’ premier party bands, live and silent auctions, open bar, and trendy food stations — all in plenty of space for guests to move and groove both indoors and outdoors.
Each party ticket includes a 2021 Guidebook for the Lakewood Street-View Home Tour on Saturday, November 13th.
When & Where
The “LAKEWOODSTOCK” auction party, sponsored by Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, kicks off on Friday, November 12, at 7:00 p.m. at Marie Gabrielle Restaurant & Gardens, located in the Harwood District.
Cost
General admission tickets will be $150. All Auction Party tickets will include an “all weekend pass” with access to the 45th Annual Lakewood Home Festival.
